Welcome everyone and pull up a seat at the table. It’s Lunchtime in Rome. Tonight’s episode 229 is entitled “SAD”. These are tough days.  Cold, cloudy, annoying amounts of precipitation, and still nowhere near enough hours of "sunlight."  Seasonal Affective Disorder is a real thing.  The acronym is fitting as it can make people feel SAD or worse.  So, what can you do?  We’re talking about that tonight!

      2. Plan relaxing activities that might help improve your mood

        1. Outings/dates/dinners

        2. Trips away

        3. Future trips.

      3. Plan ahead, such as stocking up on things you need.

      4. Make more spare time to rest or do things you enjoy.

      5. Try to stick to a schedule.

      6. Create a self-care box
